baptize
you with water unto repentance:

fire:

answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are you able to

baptized with the
baptism that I am
baptized with? They say
unto him, We are able. 23 And he saith unto them, Ye shall
drink indeed of my cup, and be
baptized with the
baptism that I am
baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and
on my left, is not mine to give, but [it shall be given to them]
for whom it is prepared of my Father.

therefore, and teach all nations,

in the
name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost:

am baptized withal

you with the Holy
Ghost and with fire:

about purification. 26 And they came to John and said to him,
"Rabbi, He who was with you beyond the Jordan, to whom you have

seeing the miracles and signs which
were done. 14 Now when the apostles who were at
Jerusalem heard that Samaria had
received the word of God, they sent Peter and John to
them, 15 who, when they had come down,
prayed for them that they might

Spirit.

being baptized?"

believe with all your heart, you may." And he
answered and said, "I believe
that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." 38 So he
commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the

went on his way rejoicing.

sight and be filled with the
Holy Spirit." 18 Immediately there fell from his eyes
[something] like scales, and he received his sight at once; and
he arose and was baptized.

spent some days with the disciples at Damascus.
Acts 10:44-11:1 (NKJV) While

Holy Spirit fell upon all those who
heard the word. 45 And those of the circumcision who
believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because
the gift of the Holy Spirit had
been poured out on the Gentiles also. 46 For
they heard them speak with tongues
and magnify God. Then Peter answered, 47 "Can anyone
forbid water, that these should not be
baptized who
have received the Holy Spirit just
as we [have]?" 48 And he commanded them to be

baptized

the same gift as [He] [gave] us when we believed on the Lord

God has also granted
to the Gentiles repentance to life."

certain woman named Lydia heard [us]. She was a seller of purple
from the city of Thyatira, who worshiped God. The
Lord opened her heart to heed the

household were baptized,

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved,
you and your household." 32 Then they
spoke the word of the Lord to
him and to all who were in his house. 33 And he took them the
same hour of the night and washed [their] stripes. And

So they said to him, "We have
not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit."
3 And he said to them, "Into what then were you
baptized?" So they said,
"Into John's baptism."
4 Then Paul said, "John indeed
baptized
with a
baptism
of repentance, saying to the people
that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that
is, on Christ Jesus." 5 When they heard [this], they
were baptized in the name of the
Lord Jesus. 6 And when
Paul had laid hands on them,
the Holy Spirit came upon them,
and they spoke with tongues and prophesied. 7 Now the
men were about twelve in all.
Acts 22:13-16 (NKJV) "came
to me; and he stood and said to me, `Brother Saul, receive your
sight.' And at that same hour I looked up at him. 14 "Then he
said, `The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should
know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His
mouth. 15 `For you will be His witness to all men of what you
have seen and heard. 16 `And now why are you waiting? Arise and
be baptized, and
wash away your sins, calling on
the name of the Lord.'

divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye
baptized in the
name of Paul? 14 (KJS) I
thank God that I baptized
none of you, but Crispus and Gaius; 15 Lest any should say
that I had baptized
in mine own name. 16
And I baptized
also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I
baptized any
other. 17 For Christ sent me not to
baptize, but to preach
the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ
should be made of none effect.

all baptized unto
Moses in the cloud and in the sea;

shall they do which are baptized
for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then
baptized for the
dead?

Gal. 3:27 (KJS) For as many
of you as have been baptized
into Christ have put on Christ. |
