    • The original inspiration for "The Story That Makes Sense Out of Life" came from a four lesson Bible Study called Discipleship Evangelism, by Kenneth Stephens (published by Harvest House and long out of print). I used these lessons for many years amd saw many people come to Christ from taking these lessons one on one. "The Story That Makes Sense Out of Life" uses a similar approach, but takes more of a worldview outlook, starting with Genesis 1:1 and making a mini-chronological trip through God's plan of redemption. It is designed to help believers share the Gospel with their secular friends while giving the background necessary for a postmodern person to be presented with the Christian worldview that is so interwoven with the Gospel message.
